Sangiovese has always been hailed as the "king" of red grapes grown in the Torgiano area. In perfect harmony with the richness of this terroir, Torgiano Rosso Riserva has been able to conquer and dominate the market. The peak expression of this grape variety can be found in its bright ruby color and distinctive floral notes of violet, accompanied by scents of red fruit and raspberry. This powerful, elegant wine will benefit from long ageing and pairs perfectly with roasted meat and game dishes, as well as aged cheeses. It is best served at a temperature between 14°C and 16°C.
