In tasting the wine Le Tese Romanelli has a golden yellow, the aromas is rich in citrus notes, exotic fruits with yellow pulp, embellished with slight hints of minerals, large complex, dense and at the same time supported by a very fresh acidity, excellent persistence. Good match with local cheeses and salami, with egg dishes and more generally, with vegetarian starters, exciting with the black truffle. We reccomend the service at 12°-14°C.
