Delivery Information

Unless otherwise agreed in advance, all shipments and deliveries will be made by couriers selected by WonderUmbria. Unless other arrangements have been made, then, we are responsible for the goods in transit, but only once the shipping charges have been debited. Should the goods be stolen or lost, WonderUmbria will endeavor to send you a new product or, when said product is unavailable and/or out of stock, a different product with equivalent characteristics. You have the right to not accept the alternativeproduct and to request the issuing of a credit note relating to the product itself.

Shipping policy: We value price our products to give our customers a fair deal. We also do not intend to make a profit on shipping, so you will have to pay the same price that WonderUmbria will pay to the carrier, and this amount will be calculated (on the basis of weight of goods) by software at the end of your order on line. fair is fair

Most deliveries are made by several national and international carriers, who guarantee delivery to your door at reasonable prices. The delivery times may be subject to change due to instances of force majeure, traffic problems or actions on the part of the relevant authorities.

Unless agreed otherwise in writing by the parties, deliveries are made during office hours (i.e from 9.00am to 13.00pm and from 3.30pm to 7.30pm), on working days only.
If the courier is appointed by the client, WonderUmbria may not be held responsible for any loss of and/or damage to the product(s) from the moment the product(s) is (are) delivered to the courier"s warehouse.
