Spuletano is a real wine, genuine, born in the rolling countryside of Todi. It interprets one of the oldest Trebbiano varieties, native and very historical clone of an Umbrian typology. Natural vinification, without chemical additives, and slight quantities of sulfites bring out the beauty of its land. Straw-yellow with golden nuances, the nose offers a bright and expressive bouquet: mimosa and broom flowers along with subtle notes of coconut and white peach give way to hints of the region's tuff soils. On the palate, the wine is eminently balanced between freshness and savoriness, rounded by an enduring creaminess; it ends on a delicate hint of coriander.
