Produced in the Todi area in Umbria, the Ponziano wine is, according to the producer's philosophy, a natural wine given the total absence of chemical oenological adjuvants if not a reduced use of sulphites. The color is straw yellow with golden reflections, the Ponziano has a very generous and varied aromatic bouquet in the succession of mimosa, broom, coconut oil and white peaches, all always accompanied by a tuffaceous matrix. In the mouth the duel between flavor and freshness bewitches, accompanied in length by a dowry of softness; closing on light coriander arms.
