Elvè is a wine with intense straw yellow tones that matures 6 months in steel and 3 months in bottle. The nose has hints of white fruits and hints of herbaceous notes.In the mouth it is deep and of rare complexity, with a marked aromatic freshness. Well pairing with: appetizers, first courses and preparations based on fish and white meats.
