One of the great red wines ever in Umbria , San Giorgio wine in Torgiano come from Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. With a great structure, the wine is very intense ruby red with garnet reflections, the fruity scent triggers notes of cassis and blueberry, and persistent hints of plum jam. In the mouth it is very elegant, with a complex bouquet with hints of cinnamon and cocoa and a balsamic background; ripe and enveloping tannins, long and persistent finish.

We recommend pairing with roasted red meat, game, game and spicy cheeses.
