An amber-coloured passito wine with warm golden reflections, intense aromatic notes that recall apricots, dried figs and white jam with hints of honey and yellow flowers on the finish. The flavour presents a balanced sugar concentration with slight citrus-like acidity and intense fruity notes; it has lingering notes on the finish, with refined sweetness. If properly stored, this wine has long aging potential.

Food pairings: a meditation wine, it can be paired with pastries, pies and cream-based desserts, as well as with blue cheeses and foie-gras.
