This wine is an authentic and original interpretation of a Trasimeno historic vine. Not very intense ruby red colour: the nose reveals floral notes, aromas of berries, raspberry, strawberries, cherries and spicy and morello cherry nuances, the taste is elegant with light fruity notes, intense freshness and good persistence.
Serving Temperature: 18-20 °C
Food pairings: si accompagna molto bene con risotti, carni e preparazioni non particolarmente strutturate ma caratterizzate dalla presenza di elementi grassi.
